We want to personally and sincerely thank Rick and Terry for choosing True North and trusting us to bring their dream home to life!

Their True North Custom Dream Home will boast over 3,300 square feet of finished living space, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. This cozy home is located near the Hillcrest Country Club and features a beautiful view of the MoPac East Trail from the back deck.

Rick and Terry toured the True North luxury townhome on South 93rd as a part of the Lincoln Spring Parade of Homes in 2022, where they met Sam, our owner and CEO. The Ottos really appreciated Sam taking the time to chat at length and answer all questions they had regarding building a new home. They had been contemplating building for approximately 3 years and spent time interviewing other builders but felt a connection with Sam. They mentioned how much they enjoyed viewing the 3D renders and videos of their home during the initial design meetings to better visualize what it would look like once completed.

The Ottos recently retired and felt the need to downsize from their current home and the maintenance of their acreage. They decided they were ready to create a home better suited to fit their lifestyle and needs moving forward.

We asked what “Must Have” features they were excited about incorporating into their dream home design, and they agreed on the abundant oversized windows throughout the home and the spacious enclosed pantry. They're also looking forward to utilizing the zero entry from the garage along with having everything for their daily needs on the main level.

Rick and Terry said they can't wait to spend time in the great room, dining area, and back deck overlooking the activity on the MoPac Trail.
