The Otradovsky Family

Dustin and Susan already had a good idea of what they wanted their dream home to look like before meeting with the True North team, but they needed some assistance to bring it all together. Sam and Kelli, our in-house Project Design Manager, were able to dial in a stunning layout that connects all the dots of the Otradovsky's must-have features while creating a comfortable and relaxing living space for their family of six to enjoy.

We asked what “Must Have” features they were excited about incorporating into their dream home design, and they agreed on the abundant oversized windows throughout the home and the spacious enclosed pantry. They're also looking forward to utilizing the zero entry from the garage along with having everything for their daily needs on the main level.

When we asked how Don and Julie discovered True North, they said they stopped by one of our parade entries in Lincoln’s 2022 Fall Parade of Homes. While touring our listing, they had the opportunity to meet and talk with our owner and CEO, Sam Swartz, who they said was very personable, kind, and attentive to them and their questions.
