With over two decades of experience—and a background in both Fortune 100 leadership and public accounting—he brings a well-rounded, forward-thinking approach to his role. He’s passionate about True North’s commitment to continuous improvement and building lasting relationships.

A lifelong Lincolnite and Doane University grad, Alan enjoys a good cigar, Jeep adventures, and spending time with his wife and two young sons. For Alan, Lincoln is more than home—it’s the ideal place to raise a family and enjoy the best of the Midwest.
