As Executive Assistant to True North Custom Homes’ CEO, Sam, Kristen keeps things running smoothly—handling everything from scheduling and greetings to subcontractor onboarding and supporting Sam’s day-to-day priorities.

New to the homebuilding industry but not to administrative support, Kristen brings years of experience from roles in development, engineering, and investment. No matter the industry, she’s mastered the art of staying organized, efficient, and adaptable.

Kristen enjoys being part of the homebuilding process and values the relationships she’s built with clients and the True North team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, going for walks, playing games, and sharing good food and conversation.
