We want to personally and sincerely thank Dustin and Susan for choosing True North and trusting us to bring their dream home to life!

Once completed, this gorgeous home will boast over 4,600 square feet of finished living space, including 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, a 4-car garage, a pocket office, and an entertainment loft for the kids! In addition, the back exterior of their home will feature a sizable, two-tiered outdoor living space with breathtaking views to the west, where they can enjoy those beautiful Nebraska sunsets. 

They discovered True North through a referral from a friend, and after some research, they decided True North was the right builder for them. The honesty, transparency, and attention to detail they experienced during their initial meeting with Sam, the owner and CEO of True North, made it easy for them to choose True North.

Dustin and Susan already had a good idea of what they wanted their dream home to look like before meeting with the True North team, but they needed some assistance to bring it all together. Sam and Kelli, our in-house Project Design Manager, were able to dial in a stunning layout that connects all the dots of the Otradovsky's must-have features while creating a comfortable and relaxing living space for their family of six to enjoy. 

Their main reason for building was realizing they needed more space for themselves, their kids, and their dog. As a result, they worked some special accommodations into their dream home design, including an entertaining loft for the kids to hang out with their friends and a wet bar in the basement for entertaining guests! Other must-have elements include a large soaking tub in the primary suite, a pocket office on the main floor, a home gym in the basement, a large garage, along with more storage space overall. 

The Otradovskys said they envision spending most of their time enjoying the living room with their family. They said the features they're most excited about are the impressive stairwell design and the oversized windows throughout their home with priceless views.
