The Home Builders Association of Lincoln held its 73rd Annual Installation & Awards Ceremony on January 24, where Sam Swarts, our Owner & CEO, was presented with the 2023 President’s Award.

Recipients of this award are hand selected by the sitting president based on the high level of quality and service provided to the Home Builder Association of Lincoln, along with their dedication to excellence!  Sam and his committee's efforts with the HBAL's Car show "Cruising for the Trades" raised over $10,000 for the Lincoln Home Builders Care Foundation in 2022.
