Next, we collaborate with Virtuactive to design your floor plan. Through this process, you benefit from two areas of expertise. Virtuactive, who designs hundreds of homes a year paired with True North’s contracting and building mastery. You’ll be provided with interior and exterior renderings along with 3D models, so you receive the clearest possible view of your future dream home.

Finally, we communicate your roles and responsibilities because you will have choices and decisions to make along the way as well. Remember, we aren’t just your builder, we are your partner in the process.
