As summer draws to a close, we’re reflecting on the incredible progress made these past three months at True North Custom Homes. From homes completed to new designs underway, this season has been one of growth, forward motion, and exciting milestones for our clients and team alike.
May Highlights
We kicked off the season by showcasing one of our custom builds during the Spring Parade of Homes, a highlight that always energizes our team and sparks inspiration for future homeowners. We also completed construction on our S 63rd project, a 5,736 square foot home that perfectly reflects the craftsmanship and detail we strive for in every build.

June Progress
June was a productive month as we completed two additional homes and welcomed more clients into the design phase of their future builds. With a continued focus on efficiency and personalization, our team ensured each step aligned with the unique visions of the families we serve.

- 2 new build contracts signed

July Momentum
In July, we wrapped up another stunning home and brought even more custom builds into the design pipeline. With four homes in design, we’re seeing continued demand for thoughtful, timeless custom homes across Lincoln.
